Cheree Folts’ STORY
RPE is more than a gym, it's a family. I have never felt like I've been judged by my ability or my strength. Everyone in my class wants the best for everyone and we are cheerleaders and pushers. The relationships I have built at this gym are real, and I expect my classmates to let me know when I'm slacking or encourage me when I'm hitting PRs!

I go to RPE four times a week, I miss it when I haven't been to my workout which I never thought would happen. My confidence in what my body can do has increased to where I can climb a ladder and not be afraid I'm going to fall, either because of balance or my weight. Now I can run! Never understood why people enjoyed it. Now I can do it and my joints don't hurt!

I've been with RPE for a little over a month now & the experience is more than I anticipated. I started with the 5 x 1:1 Kickstart and those were VERY beneficial in helping me be successful in the groups. As a travel nurse, I have noticed a drastic change in energy & sleep just within the short time I've been with RPE. I wish I would've started sooner!
